Urgent Supplementary Orders + Cross-Border Logistics Optimization, Resolving Overseas Customers' Delivery Crises
In foreign trade cooperation, delivery timeliness is directly related to the customer's project progress. Any delay in any link may bring huge economic losses to the customer. Linde Cable always puts customers' urgent needs first. With sufficient spot reserves, efficient production capacity and a complete cross-border logistics system, it has repeatedly resolved delivery crises for overseas customers and interpreted the connotation of "reliable partner" through actions.
A European new energy enterprise signed a batch of photovoltaic cable orders with us for its overseas photovoltaic power station project. Just before the goods were about to be shipped, the customer suddenly contacted us urgently, informing us that due to the adjustment of the project design, an additional batch of photovoltaic cables with special specifications was needed, which must arrive at the project site 10 days earlier than the agreed delivery time. Otherwise, the construction of the power station would be shut down, and the customer would face huge losses every day.
Faced with the customer's urgent request, we did not shirk and responded immediately: first, we checked the company's spot warehouse and found that there were some spot cables of this special specification, which could first meet part of the customer's urgent needs; second, we coordinated the production department to urgently adjust the production plan, listed the supplementary order products as a priority, and deployed key employees to work overtime to minimize the production cycle; finally, we joined hands with long-term cooperative cross-border logistics partners to customize an exclusive logistics plan, select the fastest shipping route, and arrange special personnel to track the logistics progress throughout the whole process and feed back the goods dynamics in a timely manner.
During this period, we synchronized the production progress and logistics information with the customer every day, allowing the customer to grasp the goods situation in real time and alleviate their anxiety. With efficient collaboration in all links, we only took 8 days to complete the production of all supplementary order products and successfully delivered them to the customer's project site through cross-border logistics, thus successfully avoiding the customer's shutdown losses.
The customer highly commented on this, saying, "Linde Cable's response speed and execution ability exceeded our expectations. It not only helped us resolve the crisis, but also let us see the sincerity and strength of cooperation."

After this cooperation, the customer listed us as a core supplier, and gave priority to cooperating with us for all subsequent photovoltaic cable needs of its photovoltaic projects. Linde Cable has always firmly believed that foreign trade cooperation is not a simple product transaction, but a partnership walking through thick and thin. Only by taking the initiative to take responsibility and responding efficiently can we achieve long-term win-win results for both parties.
